Поставьте ногу на плоскую поверхность и измерьте длину Вашей ноги с помощью портновского метра, от пятки до самого длинного пальца. Для большего комфорта можете поставить ногу на лист бумаги и отметить две точки: первая будет соответствовать пятке, вторая - самому длинному пальцу, после чего нужно измерить расстояние между двумя точками с помощью линейки. Аналогичным способом измерьте вторую ногу, поскольку форма, пропорции и длина ног могут незначительно отличаться, и определите размер, исходя из размеров более длинной ноги.
